This two-hour program is an interactive, multi-disciplined approach to learning.  Its purpose is to heighten student’s awareness that corporate dining is an integral part of the business world today. After all, major business deals are often signed at the table. As you negotiate your way to the top, you will not only be judged by your production record, but your confidence and poise at the dining table. Your table manners, dining skills, conversational aptitude, and your ability to handle others must be in peak working order.  An employee who learns and refines these skills is considered "promotable" and is often asked to entertain for the company. Information is disseminated through awareness quiz, video and a teaching tutorial that enables the students to  “outclass the competition".
